This ride is a carry over from the Winter Work outs as a group ride. Daylight is short and the Wheels will go down as close to 5:30 as possible to complete 15 - 20 miles in that time frame.
This route will be one of several depending on the skill level. Please let your ride leader know your comfortability with group rides and the Wednesday cycling route.
Group Ride Checklist
Helmet:
Clothing: Layers for changing weather, gloves, rain gear if needed.
Hydration: Water bottles, electrolytes.
Nutrition: Snacks/gels.
ID: Road ID or emergency contact info.
Phone: Charged.
Tires: Correct pressure, check tread/wear.
Brakes: Functioning well, pads inspected.
Flat Kit: Tube, levers, pump, multi-tool (carry even if you can't fix it).
